India ratified the Montreal Protocol in 1992. Further, Copenhagen, Montreal and Beijing Amendments to the Montreal Protocol have also been ratified on 3.3.2003
As per the reporting requirements under Article 7 of the Montreal Protocol, the data on production, import, export and feedstock of CFCs, Halons, CTC, HCFC and Methyl Bromide for each year is to be submitted to the Ozone Secretariat.
